So im walking down the street and this dude is on his cell walking in front of me. all of sudden he stops and starts yelling. Apparently he couldnt hear what they were saying on the other end. So now i have to ask... did yelling into your phone help your hearing? Better yet did stopping in the middle of the sidewalk help your hearing? How about when i bump into you and knock you and your stupid to the ground? Can you hear me now?

Metta World Peace
On September 16, 2011, Ron Artest's name was officially changed to Metta World Peace. The idea was inspired by Chad Ochocinco's name change. "Metta" is his first name, and "World Peace" is the last.
World Peace chose Metta as his first name because it is a traditional Buddhist word that means loving kindness and friendliness towards all.
(Because he beats people up and has been to anger management like 6 times)
Oh Mr. World Peace you have inspired me. I am changing my name next year. My new name will be..... wait for it......
Paliza Fitting Justice. Paliza will be my first name. Fitting Justice is the last. I have chosen Paliza as my first name because its a word of Spanish origin that means "Punishment"
My new name is meant to inspire and express my personal sentiments of punishment fitting the crime within the justice system.
(Because unfortunately, I can not torture them myself)
This has been a PSA (publicly stupid act) message and your exposure to stupid for the day.
Have a great day!

have a seat, or two, or three, or four.....
So you know those paper toilet seat covers in bathrooms, why is it that I go to the toilet and there are like 6 sheets of this stuff stuffed in the toilet? Seriously? One or two sheets wasn't enough? You needed six to do what? Padding? Is your ass that big? Not only did you waste 4 sheets but now there aren't any left for the next person AND you clogged the damn toilet with all that paper. That's my daily exposure to stupid. Have a nice day.

You spin me round round, baby round round....
What is it about revolving doors that suddenly makes people stupid?
First of all, the concept is really easy.... PUSH the damn door. Dont step in and then wait for me to push behind you, want to know why? Because when I push, i'm not going to be nice about it so you better be ready to shuffle them feet... stupid!
Then when you get to the other side, KEEP MOVING away from the door stupid because i'm right behind you and im gonna push the door right in to the back of your neck.
Finally you retard, if you live in America you should know that traffic, ALL TRAFFIC flows to the right. Dont be the stupidass trying to push the door to the left. Dont you see the damn handrail on your right??? Its not just there for decor stupid!

"In brightest day, in blackest night, No evil shall escape my sight......
After viewing some of the Black Friday videos on YouTube, i just have to say.... Really?
Look, I understand that people can not resist prices so low, it's insane but really? Fights? Stampedes? Pepper spraying? What the hell is wrong with people when a two dollar towel is more important than you just broke someones nose while you were throwing bow's to get to the box! I get that times are tough, money is tight and all that but really? You just pepper sprayed a crowd of people so you could get to the front of the line?
And retailers are not any better. You perpetuate the mob mentality by corralling people in front of the store and then pulling open your gates like you're releasing a damn herd of longhorns. Has no one heard that people have DIED because of this nonsense!?
I'm sorry, im not wealthy by any means but i will gladly pay $40 for a game on Sunday than be crushed to death in the early morning hours of Black Friday trying to get it for $25. Better yet, shop online on cyber Monday from the safety of your home and even in your drawers.
My life is worth a lot more than that 60% discount.
On a lighter note, I went to PC Richards at around 10am on Black Friday. I didnt get trampled or stepped on or crushed against a store front. What I did get was a fantastic deal on 3D LED flat screen TV. No fuss, no muss and no one died.

What? Where'd they....? What? They coming back? Who said they can't?
Zuccotti Park, NYC:
In a bold move reminiscent of the Oakland removal of loafers back in... ummmm... a day or two ago; NYPD moved and moved out the mindless semi-organized, minimally motivated loafers, i mean occupy Wall Street protestors. Then in an even bolder move, some judge said HOLD ON! These... um ... people have a right to occupy this park. Cmon back loafers!
But wait!!! Now the story takes another huge and exciting twist!! NOW they are clarifying the law. NOW they are saying yea sure you can COME to the park but you can not STAY in the park.
So let me get this straight, we loafers can go to the park, rally, give speeches and all that but we cant sleep over in the park. So we can keep rotating people in shifts and as long as we dont set up any tents and such we can be there as long as we damn well please.
My first thought is that they (Mr Mike and the NYPD and the drove of lawyers i know they both have) should have done this on day 2 instead of 3 months later. If that's the law then it cant be that it was just written 4 days ago. Someone did not do their homework and thus should be punished by having to go down and clean up the damn park.
Second, I don't like to knock other peoples hustle but.... seriously people, whats the point? What is your agenda? Do you have a clear mission 'cause to me it just seems like an excuse for a modern day, better groomed but purposeless Woodstock with sex (assaults) and weed smoking that is going on the taxpayers tab! Get out. Go home. Find a real and meaningful cause to champion and then just join the organization that I'm sure already exists.

“One does not burn a blanket to get rid of a flea.”
“One does not burn a blanket to get rid of a flea.”
I had a whole rant prepared but after seeing this quote I decided to use it as my theme for this blog instead.
I'm taking a moment to address something that is affecting me personally and that i know is going on elsewhere for many people. I know this simply because this kind of thing happens all the time between us so-called civilized, mature and sensible people.
Relationships. Friendships, siblings, family.
Human interactions are one of the most difficult things in this world to understand. So many factors, influences, personalities and feelings. Relationships are a lot of work to maintain. We don't always get it right but sometimes we do and those are the ones that should be considered a blanket.
If you don't "get" the quote its message is quite simple... Even if something has some issues, why discard something useful when you can take steps to make it useful once again?
Do you get that? Can you rationalize and personally interpret that message to apply to your life? Is there not some blanket out there that rather than burning it and being done with it, is worth keeping by just working to wash the fleas away?
Maybe it takes changing or adjusting your view. Maybe it takes accepting another's view even if you dont agree with it. Maybe it takes just letting go of things that dont matter. Maybe it takes putting your needs aside to help one who's needs are greater. Maybe it takes accepting responsibility for your own actions. Maybe it takes just saying i'm sorry. I could go on but i think you get the picture.
I have my own blankets that need mending, we all do. Part of being a mature, rational and responsible adult means being able to sort out the blankets and recognize which ones are worth keeping, which ones need some work and which are beyond repair and need to be let go of.
The blanket my brother and I have shared is just about tattered to shreds. I am sad about that, this is my brother but I recognize that its not just MY blanket, its OURS and as much as i have tried, i cant stitch it if he's not holding the other end.
Of course not every situation is the same, not all circumstances are the same, no two blankets are alike. Sometimes both sides truly value the blanket, all it takes is for one side to lay down the first stitch.
We need to let go of negativity, let go of hate, let go of harmful pride, let go of self-importance, let go of everything and anything that keeps you from being able to grab that needle and thread and start that first stitch. Look at what great blankets you have, maintain them, treasure them, mend them. Those are ones you keep close when the world is cold.
“The real test of a mans maturity is his ability to make wise adjustments to painful realities.”

You're the reason I blast my IPod...
My iPod is precious to me. My iPod and my wedding ring. Never leave home without them. My ring for obvious reasons but my iPod maybe not so but simple to explain. It's so I don't have to listen to the endless rabble of BS, stupidity and nonsense on the stinkass subway.
Which is another thing, why does the entire subway system stink like there's a homeless person on the train even when there isn't? Is MTA using some filth scented cleaner? WTF
But I digress, back to my point. The rabbles...
To the young homeboys, spanish, black and even some white boys who my nigga, I find it neccesary my nigga to say my nigga every 2/3 of a sentence my nigga. STFU you idiot. You sound like an idiot. Go back to school MY NIGGA and learn to speak like a normal, educated, self respecting human.
My nigga, you're the reason I blast my iPod.
The socially shunned loudmouth who not only cannot lower their damn volume but can't seem to shut up long enough to realize you're the only idiot making noise on the damn train. If only you had something to say that was worth listening to for a fcking hour. STFU. You're the reason I blast my iPod.
To the mobile preacher. You know the ones you have to listen to all the way on your ride to work. Listen everyone has a right to their belief and religion and the right to speak or voice those beliefs BUT didn't your mother or better yet, doesn't OUR FATHER teach you to respect others, and be kind to others and to basically live and let live? I'm all for seeking divine guidance so if they COME TO YOU for it by all means preach on brother but why you have to force me to listen to you? You're the reason i blast my iPod.
To the group of teenage girls, generally speaking and specific to the group on the E train this morning who thought it was fun and funny to have one of you sit on an others lap and play pretend abusive mommy and insufferable child... It wasn't funny, it wasn't fun for us to have to listen to your noisy asses at 9am, it wasn't cute and sure as hell was not lady like. To you and to all the little louder than life, arrogant, ignorant, inconsiderate, ghetto fabulous, louder than a group of drunk guys, groups of teen girls..... STFU and learn some manners, some grammar and some respect for yourselves and others. The shit is not cute or entertaining or funny or attractive and I CANT WAIT for your stop to come and you all push eachother off the train so i can go back to peacefully blasting my iPod to drown out the stink of the subway.

May Justice be Served
*Please keep in mind that what follows is simply my own opinions, my own thoughts, my own feelings and views on things. I'm not trying to raise a debate or to insult or offend any one person or group.
VENGEANCE: punishment inflicted in retaliation for an injury or offense : retribution
KARMA: The force generated by a person's actions held in Hinduism and Buddhism to perpetuate transmigration and in its ethical consequences to determine the nature of the person's next existence
"Too much mercy... often resulted in further crimes which were fatal to innocent victims who need not have been victims if justice had been put first and mercy second. " - Agatha Christie
I don't consider myself a bad person. I think on the surface and within me, I am a good, moral individual with goodwill toward all people. Where that becomes grey area, where that goodness is lacking is in the intolerance for stupidity, ignorance and just flat out evil deeds that some people commit.
Deryl Dedmon, Jr., 18, has been charged with murder.
"On a recent Sunday morning just before dawn, two carloads of white teenagers drove to Jackson, Mississippi, on what the county district attorney says was a mission of hate: to find and hurt a black person."
James Craig Anderson, a 49-year-old auto plant worker, was beaten by Dedmon and his buddies. Dedmon then got into his pickup truck and as Anderson staggered along the street, he ran over Anderson killing him instantly. Took this man's life because he was black.
Stupid. Ignorant. Evil.
The surveillance video does not lie. It is not he said, she said. It is not in question. This happened and he did it. So... now what?
Dying is easy, it's living that scares me to death.- Annie Lennox
Dying is easy. I agree. Too easy for some people. Too easy I think for young Mr. Dedmon. Here is where i think the punishment branch of the law is flawed. The judges, juries, courts, our legal system, our criminal justice system all say the same thing... you break one of our laws, our rules and you will be punished. But that punishment in most cases is simply the expulsion (Either temporarily or for "life") of that person from our everyday society.
I dont agree with that. I believe that (and although i can apply it to other crimes, im speaking about murder here) when some one commits such a crime, they are already at that moment turning in their "right to live among us" card.
10 years, 30 years, life in prison... doesnt matter. The law is just putting a number on what we already know. That this person should not share the same street we walk on.
Some men are alive simply because it is against the law to kill them.
The dead cannot cry out for justice. It is a duty of the living to do so for them.
Ill refer back to the definition of vengeance. "PUNISHMENT inflicted in retaliation for an injury or offense"
Where is there justice for Mr. Anderson? What punishment is Dedmon really getting for his evil? For his offense? He should face the same terror, the same fear, the same pain everyday of his life. And while it may be that while in prison he may get a taste of that, to me the system fails by not being the hand that holds the whip. As you can see im a little scattered with all of this but my point is this, evil deeds by evil people should be actually punished and punished by the system that is in place to supposedly make us feel safe to walk out in our world. I want my tax money to support THAT, not a slap on the wrist and 3 meals a day.
Finally, i'll say this about Dedmon, the D-bag Kashif Parvaiz who had his wife killed it seems over money and to all the stupidity, ignorance and evil in the world and those who embrace it, and to all of the rest of us out there who may feel like people around us are "getting away with murder".....
Retribution comes in many forms but it does come, Karma is a bitchzilla and she gets around, and may true justice be served.

Transit rage aka Get the F out of my way.
Don't you just love things that have no meaning? (In some cases very little meaning, in others none at all)
I have a Dolby dual cassette player and recorder. Means nothing.
Be kind, considerate and respectful. Means little.
Live within your means. Means a lot to us but very little to our government......
Funny, I was going to write some clever little article about how some things in this world no longer have any meaning, my segue into how people just don't abide by the classic rules of conduct, consideration and respect on the subway any more but screw it. Here it is.
To all of you idiots who do one or some or all of these things I'm about to mention... You stupidass. (Yes, one word, should be pronounced as one word and yes, it means you're worse than a dumbass.)
When the train pulls in to the station and people boarding start moving toward the door, why do you as well if you know youre not getting on? So now im caught behind you because stupid me thought you were getting on with the rest of us but you stopped. STUPIDASS, im getting on the train. Get the F out of my way.
That one goes out as well to the stupidass who stopped in front of the doors while people were still trying to get on the train because she wanted to feel the air conditioning.
Let move on, so on what plane of stupid existence does it make sense to come to a full stop 2/3rds of the way down the stairs because the train just started pulling out??? Are you now going to turn around and go back up and take the bus? Was that the last E train of the day that now you have to leave the subway system and come back tomorrow??? Arent you just going to go stand at the platform and wait for the next train ANYWAY??? Why do you make me almost trip over you and embarrassingly send your stupid ass down to the platform anyway? Get the F out of my way!
Step all the way in to the car. How are you the first one to enter the car and proceed to stop and stand by the door when the car is practically empty AND now youre blocking me and everyone else from getting in? Stupidass
Why are you standing halfway down the stairs talking on your cell? You do see that people need to go up and down dont you? If you had not finished your call wouldnt it make sense to step to the side and do so rather than start going down and have to stop because your signal is fading? Yes of course its fading stupidass, now get the F out of my way.
Let me out. Plenty of stupid asses have been the recipient of an elbow to the ribs or my bag into their hip or everyone's favorite shoulder tackle because youre blocking my exit from the train. Let me out stupidass.
If its so vital for you to be on your phone the second you get off the train that youre locked into it all the way up the stairs and slowing everyone up because youre too stupid to walk and read at the same time.... maybe you need a different mode of transit. First i call you stupid because youre not supposed to walk and read anyway, havent you seen that lady fall into the mall fountain? Second,.... there is no second. Just hurry up and get the f out of my way stupidass.
and while I'm in transit.... to the ghetto trash last week, who had a trash can about ten feet away but decided to drop her Mcdonalds bag on the stairs as she went down stuffing her face with a big mac and to the rest who get on the train with their drinks and sandwiches and food containers and leave the train empty handed leaving the rest of us with your stinky, dirty and messy garbage. F YOU!!! Stupidass. Have you no respect or consideration or even shame at the thought that youve just made yourself look like a lazy, dirty, no class, non educated, stupid ass waste of human flesh? Apparently not. You should all be forced to pick up what the degenerates like you leave behind.
AND to the MTA. and i mean the geniuses who call the shots, not the blue collar MTA worker who busts his ass everyday looking after the degenerates mentioned above. To all you execs, who figure out everything from the budget, to schedules and contingency plans.... get your shit together. This is not 1911, its 2011.
I dont care about a fancy new sign that flashes how many minutes away the train is. 3 minutes away doesnt mean shit when its 115 degrees on the platform because you cant find a way to ventilate the stations.
If you know that for the last 8 years every uptown D or B train gets stopped right before 59th street because of train traffic, ADJUST THE F-ing SCHEDULE!!
And if anyone can explain to me why if theres a problem at West 4th street, the F train will run on the 8th ave line from 42nd all the way into Brooklyn, I am ready to be enlightened.
Thank you all for listening.

So let's talk about little Aidan for a minute. Aidan is the 8 year old in Colorado that was pepper sprayed by police. I won't really get in to the ethics of that part of the story. (Which knowing now that Aidan has a history of aggressive behavior and fits of rage, I think spraying and subduing him with minimal contact was absolutely the intelligent choice.)
But I want to talk about him. Aidan. The little boy that only acts up in school according to Mandy, his mom. Aidan who said yea I kinda meant to harm those teachers.
Who said yes I did mean it a little when I said I would kill the teachers and the police.
The kid who's mom said I don't know what sets him off in school but what more can do? I'm not at school with him.
The 8 year old second grader for whom grown ass police officers have had to be called in now for the 3rd time.
The 8 year old kid who says “It’s just the way my body goes. I can't control it for some reason." "It's just who I am, i think its not ever going to go away."
I know that I'm not alone when i say there is a very serious problem here. This kid has a problem. He had intent to harm other people. Whether its psychological, biological or emotional but Mandy.... Your son has a problem. Stop denying it and accept it so you can then get your child the help that he really needs.

Let's start off on a positive note...
Yes, because there's soooooo much negative ish to talk about later. May 1st I'm getting married. I finally found the right person for me. I'm marrying a wonderful Queens woman who loves my strengths, accepts my weaknesses and joins in to share the fun and laughter when I act a fool. I'm fortunate and blessed to have found the partner to share our future with. Thanks babe, for all you do and all you are. Here's lookin at you, kid.
What am I doing here?
Now in my older age I find that sometimes..... I actually have opinions on some things that go on in this world. Twitter often doesnt have enough characters to hold what I want to say and I dont feel like I should force everyone to read my opinions via facebook status. So here I am. Not sure how often I will post but you can be sure that when i do it will probably be because someone, somewhere, somehow, committed an act of utter and complete stupidity. Thanks for reading.
